Search 360 will maintain the confidentiality of this information and will not disclose it to third parties without the client's prior written consent.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, patents, and trade secrets, in the services provided by Search 360 shall remain the property of Search 360. The client shall have a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the intellectual property solely for the purpose of receiving the services.

Warranties and Liability

Search 360 warrants that it will perform its services with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with industry standards. However, Search 360 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of its services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the client shall pay all outstanding fees and expenses incurred up to the date of termination.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Amendments

Search 360 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The client will be notified of any changes to these Terms and Conditions via email or through our website. The modified Terms and Conditions will become effective upon posting on our website.
